We called around 10 plumbing companies to inquire what it would take to move our washer and dryer set up to the main floor of our home. We experienced a variety of customer service. Some plumbers had no idea what to do, others had outrageous pricing, and some never showed up. We called drain surgeons after numerous recommendations from friends and family. When Wilfredo came to view the home, he quickly came up with a plan and we knew he knew what he was doing. During the project they even ran into some issues with previous piping done incorrectly and they fixed it for us right away. I could not be happier that we went with drain surgeons services. Extremely courteous, neat, timely, knowledgeable and clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend to anybody no matter the job.

Fredo was recommended by another plumber when we thought we had an issue with the drain line. He came out early on a Monday and diagnosed the problem quickly as a water main issue. He couldn't fix it because I need the yard dug up, but I was impressed by his speed and professionalism. He immediately connected me to the resources I needed to get the water main fixed. I will definitely be calling on him for future plumbing needs.

They were able to make it to my house late in the day the same day I called. They got my drain unclogged in a timely manner even though it seemed a but more involved than anyone had hoped. Professional and courteous. Pricing was very fair. I would recommend Drain Surgeons to anyone needing plumbing repair.
