I truly cannot recommend Elek enough. Not only was the service fast and reliable but the people who work there are amazing. They were able to do a major plumbing repair at half the price that their competitors gave me. Also when I had an issue after the repair, they came out and immediately addressed it at no extra charge and got it fixed right away. I will definitely be using them again!

5 stars is not even enough. I can not express how grateful and amazing Elek plumbing, their plumber Elvis, supervisor, and staff are. Elvis from Elek spent the entire morning trying to see if I had a bathtub leak. They provided a free estimate, and did a detailed diagnostic test which was part of the estimate. I am a single mother with stage 4 cancer and finances are a big concern for me. Elek and Elvis took care of me and my home as if we were family. Nicest and most professional and knoweldgable people I have ever come across. They genuinely care about their customers. I would not go to anyone else but them for plumbing.

Gil W. was fantastic! He and the scheduling team worked us into their schedule at the last minute and addressed all of our concerns. Our drain isn’t backing up into the house anymore, and Gil was able to provide a detailed explanation of the issues he found. We will certainly be using Elek plumbing moving forward!
P.S. - The scheduling team was also extremely helpful and understanding. Thank you so much to them as well!

Elvis was very helpful in spelling out our options for a repair or new toilet installation. Both he and Anthony were friendly and polite. They were a happy pair offering excellent service, and they brightened the day.
